About Camp

Wanting to create something different from a traditional workshop or conference, Tara Lilly and Sara Rogers decided to try something a little different.  Their idea of hosting an intimate camp for photographers to challenge themselves and build strong ties within the community, grew into something much bigger: The Camp Collective. Now joined by other industry members from across Canada we will be organizing camps throughout the country on a semi-annual basis.  Visit the blog or our social media for information about upcoming camps.

Choosing inspiration over competition for a stronger community and a healthier way to do business.

We believe that building a strong community benefits everyone that is in it.  Peer-to-peer learning will be a big focus of the camp as well as lots of team activities that will leave you feeling inspired and motivated to move forward with your business.

Unified by a love for the Earth and the people who live in it.

Our experience at camp will not only be about connecting with others but also with nature.  Our schedule is packed with plenty of outdoors time so we can all breathe a little fresh air and take in the amazing world we live in.

Connecting through cohabitation and shared experience.

The most important aspect of camp is sharing the experience and surroundings with others to forge relationships.  We aim to further strengthen the bonds within our community by providing a platform for people to get to know each other.
